Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Tradilium.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Tradilium, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using Tradilium is legal where you live.

3. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Prices are volatile, and losses can exceed deposits. Nothing on Tradilium constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.

You acknowledge that any trades you place are your own decision, and you trade at your own risk.

5. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your account after network confirmation. Once submitted to the blockchain, deposits can't be reversed — always double-check addresses and networks before sending.

Withdrawals are processed subject to platform limits and internal review.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or policies.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network issues, or force-majeure events may impact availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradilium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — or for lost profits, revenues, or data — arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
